We have now picked up burgers and side dishes for the second time. ? Tastes great! The onion rings are gigantic! We will continue to order during lockdown and will be happy to stop by more often after opening!

Ordered and picked up on the phone, no delays. Burgers were really tasty, the portion of fries is a lot. Top service and top quality, can only be recommended. I will order again soon.

We were there for dinner. We were assigned a table and then nothing happened for a while until the card was brought to us. Drinks and later the food were brought relatively quickly. Unfortunately, my husband got the same as me, although he had ordered the dish she recommended and not on the menu. The waitress then denied the order. At least she offered my husband a schnapps as a reparation and apology. Unfortunately I didn't get one. That doesn't work normally. We took it with humor. She didn't seem to be a specialist at all. When we wanted to pay, lighting candles seemed more important. So we had to wait unnecessarily again. Conclusion: the food was mediocre, the service nice and hard-working, but not trained as a service staff.

Very tasty burger! I can also recommend the lemonade! Service was attentive and quick. The little detour is worth it!

We discovered this great location by chance during our annual Altmühl bike tour. The dignified and very appealing ambience spontaneously caught our eye from the outside, which was then confirmed in the very cozy and inviting restaurant All of the dishes that were served to our small group were not only delicious in terms of taste, but the presentation was more than inviting. The "own eyes could eat the plates of the neighbors at the table". In terms of taste, the food, especially the desserts, was such a great experience that, despite our culinary excursions, which had been very frequent up to now, we were not granted very often. The young cook deserves special praise, especially for his Ajuwed dishes. The wait staff and the cook himself were very open-minded and more than friendly, which I currently no longer take for granted in the limited and rather stressful corona times. All in all, I can only recommend a visit to everyone. At least we decided spontaneously and unanimously that we should no longer just visit Hollberg by accident, but would soon make it the express goal of another culinary excursion. RM

Great background music in a great atmosphere, the water ripples outside, the fire burns inside. In addition a steak cooked to the point with baked potatoes served by nice people. It really doesn't get any better !!!! No question, I'll be back???

A gem in Middle Franconia! In short: beautiful and tasteful location, a warm service and most importantly: a kitchen that is so rarely available! The young cook deals with spices, aromas and herbs in such a way that eating becomes an experience !! Keep it up! We wish you all the best!

Ambience nice, the host very accommodating and friendly. I found the food good. Only the service (a bit older) was not exactly from the subject, somehow does not fit the restaurant. Everything else ok.

We went there on our visit through Bavaria. We had some A1 burgers with fries. Just like home in Carolina. Very much recommended ????? Nice service and affordable.

FOOD IS MADNESS !!! I really love such stores, but this takes the experience to a new level. Super service, right now at Corona times. All clean. Always disinfected. With all the changes and requirements always friendly. The dishes have that certain something. Not 0815. Great atmosphere too ... I also recommend everyone to take a close look at the drinks menu;) Was neither the first nor the last time :) So should do more sport again ...
